1. Submit Aadhaar card, photograph, and discharge summary (if applicable)
2. Furnish admission form signed by son/daughter/guardian
3. Pay admission fees through cash, net banking, UPI, or cheque
10am to 12pm and 4pm to 7pm
In case of emergency, please contact us in advance to obtain prior permission from the concerned authority.
