Currently, Ajay Elders Home operates in a rental building, where we incur a monthly rent of ₹2 lakh. Additionally, we rely on tanker water, which costs ₹40,000 per month, and the rising cost of living in Bangalore has made it increasingly challenging to manage expenses. By saving on rent and other overhead costs, we can redirect these funds to care for more needy individuals and expand our impact.

We are thrilled to share that we have acquired 32 Guntas of agricultural land and DC converted as non agricultural land in Kanganallur Village, Kolar District. This serene location, surrounded by coconut trees, fruit-bearing plants, and lush greenery, offers a peaceful environment with clean air, ample sunlight, and no water scarcity. It is the perfect setting to enhance the well-being and happiness of our elderly residents, providing them with walking areas, a vibrant garden, and a space to thrive.

To make this vision a reality, we are embarking on the construction of a G+3 floor building spanning 12,300 sq. ft. The estimated cost of construction is ₹2,200 per sq. ft. Your support can help us build a permanent home for our elders, ensuring they live with dignity, comfort, and joy.
